Current Turnaround Time

My current processing time is currently 3-5 business days (Mondays through Fridays, excluding weekends and holidays). This has increased due to order volume (thank you so much for the interest!), although smaller orders may ship quicker.  

Processing time starts the next business day after an order is placed. So if you place an order on Monday, processing time starts on Tuesday. If you order on Friday, processing time starts on the following Monday. This is to make it fair to those who may order after hours or in a different time zone. 

Domestic Shipping
As of January 2025, USPS has resumed 'normal' shipping times for the most part. However, due to weather conditions, there may be some delays for packages going to/through those regions. Unfortunately there is not much that can be done, but they generally do end up making it to the destination. If there is no movement on your package after a few business days, please let me know and we can initiate a lost package trace. Often that does seem to help locate the package within the network.

Please note that priority shipping refers to the shipping method only - it does not expedite your processing time. If you really need your order quickly, please message me and I will do my best to accommodate!

International Shipping
Worldwide shipping is available to most international countries via USPS (UPS is also an option, please reach out for a quote if you wish to utilize UPS as it is more expensive). With the recent GSPR regulations that came into effect in December 2024, I am no longer able to ship to the EU. :( It is a sad and unfortunate result, but the requirements around the regulation is too challenging for most indie/small businesses. If you are in the EU and know of a forwarding company that can handle this, please let me know as I'm sure other EU customers would also be interested!
