Current processing time is currently 4-7 business days (Mondays through Fridays, excluding weekends and holidays) as I am dealing with a fractured foot and moving a little slower than usual. I have some help with packing/shipping, but your patience and understanding is much appreciated over the next few weeks while I heal. 💛 You will receive a tracking number at the time it is shipped to the email on the order.
Domestic Shipping
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update. USPS does not always do a first scan, and may not update until a later destination. If there is no movement on your package after a few business days, please let me know and we can initiate a lost package trace. Often that does seem to help locate the package within the network.
USPS Priority refers only to the shipping speed once your order has been handed off to USPS. It does not expedite order processing or move orders up ahead.
International Shipping
Worldwide shipping is available to most international countries via USPS (UPS is also an option, please reach out for a quote if you wish to utilize UPS as it is often more expensive). If you are in the EU, please send me a message as GSPR regulations are quite difficult to navigate. It is a sad and unfortunate result, but the requirements around the regulation is too challenging for most indie/small businesses. If you are in the EU and know of a forwarding company that can handle this, please let me know as I'm sure other EU customers would also be interested!
