Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of the product, I do not offer refunds or exchanges. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, after which it can no longer be cancelled. In the event that there are (unexpected) delays 5 days beyond the listed processing time, I will be happy to work with you on the best outcome. 

Damages and issues
My suppliers are great, but supply chain and/or manufacturing changes can potentially lead to leaks. Please do let me know ASAP if you have any issues with your order when you receive it so I can help address it for you! I test for leakage prior to shipping to the best of my ability, but sometimes packages are in for a bit of a wild ride while in-transit.

If your order arrives damaged unrelated to leaks, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product(s) and/or packaging so that I can help make it right. Photos are especially helpful both for me to understand what caused the damage, and for any potential claims with the carrier. Depending on the cause, a replacement, refund or store credit will be issued.

Lost/Misplaced Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, I am not responsible for any issues that may arise post-delivery. Please also consider purchasing insurance at the time of checkout for extra peace of mind.

If you cannot locate a package, please consider:

  • Wait 24-48 hours after delivery date - sometimes USPS will scan ahead of schedule only to physically deliver it at a later date
  • Check that the package wasn’t left in an unexpected or different location of your residence
  • Check with neighbors or members of your household to see if anybody picked it up by mistake
  • Call your local post office with your tracking details to check
