Weekly Fulfillment Cycles
Sucrerie Decants fulfills orders in weekly fulfillment cycles to provide more consistent processing times while continuing to offer a large selection of indie fragrances, sample sizes, and bottle options.
Rather than continuously taking and fulfilling orders at the same time, each week is divided into two phases:

Wednesday at 12:00 PM (noon) PST
through
Sunday at 12:00 PM (noon) PT
This is when new orders are accepted.
📦 Fulfillment Period
Monday & Tuesday
The site is closed to new orders. During these two days, previous week's orders are prepared and shipped.
Why fulfillment cycles?
As Sucrerie Decants has grown, I've reached a point where continuously taking new orders while simultaneously fulfilling existing ones is no longer the most efficient workflow.
Instead of reducing the number of fragrances I carry or limiting sample options, I chose to redesign my fulfillment process.
Weekly fulfillment cycles allow me to continue growing the catalog while maintaining the quality, care, and variety you'd come to expect.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does this affect my processing time?
No - my goal is to keep processing times to 5 business days or less. Fulfillment cycles simply allow me to dedicate uninterrupted time to preparing orders, helping keep processing times more consistent. If you order on a Wednesday, you can generally expect it to ship by by the following Wednesday or sooner.
Can I still shop every week?
Absolutely! The shop opens every Wednesday at noon PST and remains open through Sunday at noon PST. Even while checkout is unavailable, you'll still be able to browse the catalog, build your wishlist, and add items to your cart so you're ready when the next ordering period begins.
Why doesn't the shop stay open all week?
As a one-person business, dedicating Monday and Tuesday exclusively to fulfillment allows me to batch similar tasks together without interruptions. This makes the process significantly more efficient and ultimately helps me get orders out more consistently.
What if I miss this week's ordering period?
No worries! A new fulfillment cycle begins every Wednesday at 12:00pm noon PST, so you'll never have to wait long for the next opportunity to place an order.
