Weekly Fulfillment Cycles
Sucrerie Decants fulfills orders in weekly fulfillment cycles to provide more consistent processing times while continuing to offer a large selection of indie fragrances, sample sizes, and bottle options.
Rather than continuously taking and fulfilling orders at the same time, each week is divided into two phases:

Wednesday at 12:00 PM (noon) PST
through
Sunday at 12:00 PM (noon) PST
This is when new orders are accepted.
📦 Fulfillment Period
Monday - Wednesday
After the ordering window closes, those orders are prepared, fulfilled, and packed.
Although checkout is temporarily unavailable during this portion of the cycle, the catalog remains available for browsing. You can continue building your wishlist and adding items to your cart in preparation for the next ordering window.
🚚 Shipping
Wednesday through Friday
Completed orders begin shipping on Wednesday. During higher-volume weeks, it may take through Friday for all packages from that cycle to be shipped.
A new ordering window opens on Wednesday at noon while shipping from the previous cycle continues. These two stages operate separately, so the start of a new ordering window does not interrupt the completion or shipping of orders from the previous cycle.
Why fulfillment cycles?
As Sucrerie Decants has grown, I've reached a point where continuously taking new orders while simultaneously fulfilling existing ones is no longer the most efficient workflow.
Instead of reducing the number of fragrances I carry or limiting sample options, I chose to redesign my fulfillment process.
Weekly fulfillment cycles allow me to continue growing the catalog while maintaining the quality, care, and variety you'd come to expect.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does this affect my processing time?
My standard processing time remains approximately 4–7 business days, depending on when your order is placed and the volume of orders received during that cycle.
Orders generally begin shipping the Wednesday after the ordering window closes. During higher-volume weeks, shipping may continue through Friday. Once your package has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Can I still shop every week?
Absolutely! The shop opens every Wednesday at noon PST and remains open through Sunday at noon PST. Even while checkout is unavailable, you'll still be able to browse the catalog, build your wishlist, and add items to your cart so you're ready when the next ordering period begins.
Why doesn't the shop stay open all week?
As a one-person business, setting aside dedicated fulfillment days allows me to batch similar tasks together without the interruptions that come with continuously processing new orders.
This makes the process significantly more efficient and helps me fulfill and ship orders more consistently.
What if I miss this week's ordering period?
No worries! A new fulfillment cycle begins every Wednesday at 12:00pm noon PST, so you'll never have to wait long for the next opportunity to place an order.
